Leading and assisting in the development of casual web games and development tools for the website
campfu.com, a Flash-based casual Massively Multiplayer Online community with a registered user base of over
100,000 people. Quickly building single-player Flash prototypes of game concepts. Serving as client-side game
programmer for collaborative, multiplayer Flash-based web games utilizing the Project Darkstar game services
system for client-server networking. Working extensively with Actionscript 3, the Flex framework, Adobe AIR,
XML (E4X) and JSFL to create game content as well as build and maintain in-house development tools.
Coordinating with team and project members to maintain regular releases of new and updated content via an
integrated build engine.

Developer 2. Guiding students through the process of videogame creation from conceptual design, construction
of game logic, creation and integration of audiovisual components, to level design while stressing the
importance of bug testing, and game balance. Teaching fundamental procedural computer programming
concepts with Java. General counseling and caretaking of students, supervising other instructors, coordinating
IT within the camp site, performing quality analysis on all student projects, performing first aid, assisting with general administration of the camp site.
